The K Jacket has become something of a symbol for the Italian brand's approach to tailoring. With its soft construction, lightweight feel, and carefully selected materials, it embodies Boglioli's philosophy that a jacket should be as comfortable as it is elegant. 

A key part of its identity is the characteristic hopsack fabric, a weave that Boglioli has worked with and developed for around 20–25 years. The fabric was originally created specifically for the brand and has since evolved in a variety of different versions. 

But what is it that makes the K Jacket so special? 

The Art of Soft Tailoring

Unlike a traditionally constructed blazer, the K Jacket is characterized by a minimalist and soft construction, free from glued interlinings and other unnecessary reinforcements. This gives the garment a flexibility and lightness that has become one of Boglioli's hallmarks. 

But creating a jacket that is both soft and well-fitting places high demands on craftsmanship. When the traditional reinforcements are stripped away, material choice, tailoring, and pressing become even more important to give the garment its shape. 

This is where Boglioli's craftsmanship comes into play. Through carefully selected fabrics and the work of skilled artisans, the jacket achieves its tailored silhouette without compromising on freedom of movement. 

The K Jacket also features several classic tailoring details, from the construction of the collar to the durable buttonholes at the sleeve cuffs. 

Crafted with Care Details

As part of our Crafted with Care collection, Care of Carl, in collaboration with Boglioli, has developed an exclusive interpretation of the iconic blazer. The foundation is Boglioli's signature soft construction, but with a number of carefully selected adaptations.

– The Crafted with Care K Jacket is made from an exclusive hopsack fabric.
– The silhouette has been adjusted with an additional two centimeters in jacket length compared to the original model.
– The lapels have been widened from eight to ten centimeters for a more pronounced expression.

The subtle changes give the jacket its own identity while preserving what has made the K Jacket one of Boglioli's most beloved models: its lightness, softness, and exceptional Italian craftsmanship. 

The result is a jacket where Boglioli's tailoring tradition meets Care of Carl's vision of a timeless and thoughtfully curated wardrobe.
